What we arrange
Tell us the night before
Driver, guide, tickets, packed lunch — we arrange all of it with partners we trust. Tell us who is going and our concierge comes back with the details.
The Ourika valley
Up the valley through Berber villages, lunch beside the river, and the walk to the Setti Fatma waterfalls.
Agafay desert
The stone desert at sunset, forty minutes from the gate. Dinner under the stars if you would rather stay out.
Balloon at first light
Away by five, over the palm groves and the Atlas foothills, Berber breakfast on landing. We wake you and we drive you.
Cooking, in our kitchen
The market first, then tagine and pastries with our cook. You eat what you made, in the garden.
Quad, buggy and camels
Through the palm grove or out on the stone desert, depending on the mood and the age of the children.

The best plan is often no plan
Most guests arrive with a list and leave having mostly swum. Two pools, 5,800 m² of garden, shade in every direction, and mint tea that appears when you raise a hand.
The estate is at its best after six, when the lanterns come up and the water turns dark blue.
