The Estate
Minutes from the medina — and a world away from it.
Jnane Rihane was conceived not as a hotel but as a private estate to be lived in. Ochre walls give onto gardens, swimming pools and palm groves; inside, the living craft of Morocco — zellige, tadelakt, carved cedar — is set against the ease of contemporary comfort. The result is space, water and quiet, held together by a welcome shaped entirely around you.
Nature & Water
Gardens that cool the day, water that carries it
Mature palms, olive trees and scented borders are threaded with fountains and swimming pools. Paths open onto shaded courtyards; the sound of water follows you from the gate to your door.
This is the estate’s first luxury — room to breathe, and the green to breathe in.
Living Craft
Made by hand, made for today
Every room carries the mark of a maker — hand-cut zellige, polished tadelakt, carved plaster and cedar. Around that heritage we have built the quiet comforts you expect: air-conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, deep beds and generous bathrooms.
Tradition and ease, with nothing sacrificed on either side.
From Day to Night
Rooftop terraces, and the slow turn of the light
By day the terraces are for shade and long lunches; by dusk the lanterns come up and the pools turn deep blue. The estate changes character with the hours — bright and open under the Marrakech sun, warm and intimate once the stars arrive.
The Collection
A private gallery, kept on the estate
A long room at the heart of the domain holds the family’s collection: antique carpets, ceramics, brass and copper, carved chests, painted furniture, lanterns and paintings.
It is not a museum with opening hours and there is no ticket. Guests are welcome to walk through whenever they like.
