Standard Rooms

A quiet room on a green garden — nothing between you and the birdsong.

Our standard rooms are the simplest way into the estate — and nothing about them feels standard. Hand-woven textiles, carved cedar and warm plaster walls frame a deep bed and a crisp modern bathroom, and the window or private patio opens straight onto the gardens.

They sit apart from the main pavilions, which is why they stay quiet even in high season. The rest of the domain is yours in full: both pools, the gardens, the table and the hammam are a barefoot walk from the door.

A garden room, twenty minutes from the medina

Marrakech has no shortage of riads, but very few of them have room to breathe. At Km 7 on Ourika Road the city gives way to olive groves, and the estate opens across 5,800 m² of gardens, palm groves and water. A standard room here costs less than a small room behind a medina wall, and it comes with the whole domain attached.

The medina and Jemaa el-Fna are twenty minutes by car, the Menara airport fifteen. In practice most guests go in once, come back for lunch, and spend the rest of the week between the pool and the shade.

Questions

Is breakfast included?

Yes — served in the gardens until eleven, and later if you ask the night before.

How far is the medina?

Twenty minutes by car. We arrange a driver whenever you want one.

Can we add a third bed?

Standard rooms take two guests. For a third, look at the deluxe rooms or an apartment.
